Eating Like A Big Boy

First, Isaac's Dedication at our church - renovate - was amazing! Everything went so perfectly and I will have such wonderful memories of that day. Isaac was surrounded by all of his friends and family! Aunt Lisa and Uncle Roger, Uncle Matt and cousins Jairus and Myranda weren't able to come and we missed them, but there will be many more occassions to come. I will gather pictures from other family members as soon as I can. I, obviously, was too busy during the service to take pictures - I'm glad I have a family in which someone always has a camera.

The other day, Isaac ate like a big boy! He used his highchair for the first time and, after the initial shock, loved the rice cereal! I'm really glad, too, because milk isn't filling enough for him anymore. We will give him another week and a half or so before I begin fruit. I'm so glad he's not as picky as his cousin Rowan. Elizabeth tried to give Rowan cereal and he HATED it!!! He wants only his mommy's milk. If Isaac is anything like me, and I think he's a lot like me, he won't be the least picky when it comes to food - he'll enjoy it all! I hope he has his father's metabolism. Anyway, Daddy got pictures while I attempted to get most of the cereal into Isaac's mouth...successful?...not really, but boy he was fun to watch!

Aunt Chrissy got Isaac an Exersaucer! He loves it! It's perfect for when he's too awake for his swing and not awake enough for his Johnny Jump-Up. He has so much fun in it! THANK YOU AUNT CHRISSY! (Sorry about the red-eye in the pictures - I didn't have time to edit them.)
